ORDERS PROCESSING

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

After wait the corresponding procesing time of your order, your pakage will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days in any location withing the U.S.; International orders could takes from 3 to 5 days, 6 to 10 days,  or 10 or more working days to arrive depending of speed service you choose.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

If the courier makes 3 failed delivery attempts and has returned the package and the customer requests re-shipment of the package, then the customer will be responsible for the next shipping cost.

SHIPPING POLICY

Generally pre-orders will be shipped after a day of processing time of the product; this processing time usually will take due to a high demand about 20 to 30 days to prepare it (Eastern Time). The shipments will be from Monday to Saturdays except holidays. Domestic orders within The United States will be shipped by USPS taking 2-3 days to arrive and the International orders will be shipped by USPS and it will take about 10 days to arrive.

It will not be required for your signature to receive the package and accordingly SIDDHI SWIM will be not liable for any lost or stolen package.

Notification of shipment

An email with the tracking information will be send to customer once your order has shipped. If the courier makes 3 failed delivery attempts and has returned the package and the customer requests re-shipment of the package, then the customer will be responsible for the next shipping cost.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions:

Shipments of orders going to countries outside of the United States may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or fees levied by the destination country "Import Fees". The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

In case of customer refuses to pay the duty and taxes at the customs and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying all the shipping charges outgoing and incoming which will be deducted from the customers refund. The refund amount will be equal to the total item amount subtracting the shipping charge. Instance: for an item cost of 100.00 USD less the shipping cost that was 17.00 USD then refund will be 83.00 USD.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Currently we do not accept returns but only exchanges of size (same color) for the orders within the United States. No international returns or exchanges are accepted.

Exchanges within U.S.

We accept swimsuits for a size exchange, unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 3 days of receiving the merchandise and for one time only.

Here is step by step for an exchange:

1-Email us at info@siddhiswim.com within 3 days of receiving the merchandise and specify what size you'd like to exchange your item.

2- We'll get back to you in 1-2 business days with the instructions on where to send your bikini for an exchange.

Note: We strongly recommend you obtain delivery confirmation or some other appropriate method to track your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges if you do not have proof of shipping and tracking.

All exchanges are subject to wait the prepare time according to the orders that be love bikini has in waiting list.
